[] PPC Management Advertising - Their Pros and Cons

has posted a new item, 'PPC Management Advertising - Their Pros and Cons'

PPC Advertising stands for Pay per Click Advertising. There are several
multinational companies around the world which are spending thousands of dollars
every single month on their PPC advertising campaigns.PPC Advertising has
emerged as a boon for those who don?t want to go through the labor of Organic
Search/ Natural search results. In PPC the most important aspect is to choose
the right keyword which relates to your business. There might be 100 keywords
which relate to your business, but you have to choose only those keywords which
will really help you bringing quality traffic towards your website. The first
step to start working on PPC Advertising is to visit website
https://signup.overture.com/signup/ss/ols/signup.do. On the first page you will
select your country, and on the next page you will enter a keyword in the
?keyword Selector Tool? textbox. Once you select a keyword like ?travel?, and
click on ?Get Keywords? button, you will see a list of keywords. You should
always select top level keywords for which you see maximum number of
clicks/month. PPC Advertising is really helpful in number of different ways. Some
of the benefits of PPC Advertising are: -1) You can start immediately without
any knowledge of Natural Rankings/ Organic SEO.2) You will start to see results
within 4-5 days.3) There is no need to design a website which conforms to SEO
guidelines.4) Even if your website doesn?t show up on top pages of various
search engines, you can still opt for PPC Advertising.5) You can target every
single search engine on the globe.6) You can target any keyword you want. You
should always choose top level keywords for PPC Advertising, but along with
their benefits they have their drawbacks too. Some of the drawbacks of PPC
Advertising are: -1) You have to pay a fixed amount every month to Google,
Yahoo, or Msn.2) You pay for every single click your website receives. Sometimes
your visitors are just your competitors, and other people simply fooling around
on search engines. They can really increase your expenditure.3) If you are
unable to pay the fees for the next month, your website is removed from the paid
listings immediately.4) This form of Advertising is temporary, thus can be
difficult to manage for a longer period.5) This form of Advertising is not
recommended for a longer period of times, due to costs involved. These were some
of the benefits, and drawbacks of PPC Advertising. No matter which keyword you
are choosing for PPC campaigns, you should be familiar with all benefits, and
drawbacks of PPC Advertising.Best of LuckSeohawk, IndiaName: Bhupinder

Techniques. - The food pyramid is a nutritional guide published primarily by
the federal government to provide proper dietary information or instruction to
the American. As like anything organic, the food pyramid has constantly evolved
since its inception. Originally, the United States Department of Agriculture
(USDA) food pyramid of 1992 divided the three food groups into six new groups.
These groups are the carbohydrates group which was retained as is, the
vegetables group which was further divided into vegetables and fruits and
finally, the proteins group which again was divided into meats, beans, eggs and
nuts, milk yogurt and cheese and fats, oils and sweets. This version of the food
pyramid was known as the food guide pyramid. In 2004, the USDA filled in
nutritional details that were lacking from the 1992 food pyramid. The 1992 food
pyramid suggested only a certain amount of servings per food group per day. The
2004 food pyramid was designed to be a more individualized nutritional guide. At
the same time, the USDA was not the only organization to perform research on
nutrition. The Harvard School of Public Health designed the healthy eating
pyramid as a result of scientific study and research. This food pyramid was
significantly better than the food guide pyramid of 2004.The healthy eating
pyramid actually recommended a daily intake of each food group. An individual's
age, sex and lifestyle determined the quantity of each intake. During this time,
controversy arose between the food pyramid of Harvard and that of the USDA.
Proponents and supporters of the Harvard model claimed that the USDA pyramid was
flawed. The argument had to do with the fact that it was the USDA, and not the
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), that created the food pyramid.
Ergo, the food pyramid of the USDA was prone to influence from lobbyists in the
food industry. As far as the Harvard model was concerned, it was created purely
from scientific study and research. This, they claim, made the Harvard model
tailor-made for American nutrition. In addition to the above controversy,
Harvard scientists disagreed with the 2004 food guide pyramid of the USDA
because it did not separate whole grain from wheat grain. The USDA food pyramid
also did not differentiate between saturated fat and unsaturated fat.
Furthermore, the USDA food pyramid failed to be more emphatic when it came to
discussing weight control and exercise. In January 2005, the USDA together with
the HHS released the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. On the 19th of April of
that same year, MyPyramid was released by the USDA. Ironically, this food
pyramid version emphasized activity and moderation. Harvard criticized the 2004
food pyramid for lacking these two qualities. History's hand can be seen in
shaping the evolution of the food pyramid. Basically, MyPyramid is a food
pyramid that contains guidelines on activity, moderation and correct information
for mixing food groups in an individual's diet. Since the information is very
much tailored to meet an individual's nutritional needs, they set-up a website
specific to MyPyramid. MyPyramid has a website with mypyramid.gov as its
address. The federal government even has an online dietary assessment website at
mypyramidtracker.gov/newuser.aspx. In addition, the term "servings" has been
replaced by the more specific cups and ounces. This food pyramid contains eight
divisions. There is now a clear division between whole grain and wheat grain. It
is emphasized that half of grain intakes be composed of whole grains. Dark green
vegetables, dry beans, peas and orange vegetables make-up the vegetable
division. A variety of fruits are emphasized as opposed to fruit juices.
Vegetable, nut and fish oils are highly recommended. The milk division includes
other dairy products. Low-fat and lean meats as well as fish, beans, peas, nuts
and seeds are grouped into the protein sub-division. People are urged to perform
physical exercises of 30 minutes a day. Calories, candy, alcohol and other foods
are rated as discretionary. Again, the government has drawn criticisms (as it
usually does) for this food pyramid. If a person has to use a website to access
their personalized dietary information, what happens to those people who do not
have access to the internet? Secondly, there are no labels to define the colors
of the pyramid. Although it is explained that the colors denote the food groups,
one cannot always remember the designations. Third, this food pyramid was
supposed to be patterned after the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. It seems
that there isn't much relation between this 80 page document and MyPyramid.
These are just some of the criticisms that MyPyramid has incurred. Conversely,
supporters claim that it is easy to understand once one gets used to it and that
the website provides more than enough information. Go figure. Author Ray Darken

[] Understanding The "Green" Movement in Your Marketing Efforts

has posted a new item, 'Understanding The "Green" Movement in Your Marketing
Efforts'

Companies, cities and individuals are getting involved in the green movement.
They are doing there part to keep the environment healthier by reducing humans'
impact on the land, using recycled metals and nontoxic substances, organic
gardening, adding more green space, building using environmentally friendly
materials and more.
An increasing number of businesses are beginning to see it as a market
advantage, especially when you consider organic foods is one of the fastest
growing markets.
Here are some reasons that organizations and businesses have moved in that
direction:
* Employees care
o According to a recent survey by progressive community network Care2, 48
percent of employees say they would work for less pay, if they could work for a
socially responsible company. And they would work hard; according to the survey
40 percent of employees would be willing to work longer hours for a job at a
socially responsible company.
* Research dictates they need to be concerned
o Turner Construction company conducted a study that revealed more than 70% of
executives believe that green buildings enhance student performance.
* Environmental groups are forcing companies to become more responsible
* Due to pressure from environmental groups, now the top 30 banks have stopped
funding environmentally and socially irresponsible corporations and have become
more "green."
* Competition from other environmental activities pressures companies to change
their marketing initiatives
* Levi's is introducing its 100% organic jeans this fall.
* Nike is making organic sportswear and talking about becoming a responsible
citizen.
* A growing number of retailers are experimenting with more environmentally
sensitive and energy efficient stores.
* McDonald's started serving Fair Trade Certified(tm) coffee in 658 of its
restaurants in New England and Albany, NY. These locations switched 100 percent
of their coffee products over to Fair Trade Certified(tm) organic coffee from
Newman's Own Organics, roasted by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. They started
this as a regional launch and with a goal of expanding it across the country.
Even more so, companies are starting to recognize that they need to be
concerned with the triple bottom line-how they make decisions based upon the
economic, environmental and social impact.
Unfortunately, the majority of people believe that green marketing refers
solely to the promotion or advertising of products with environmental
characteristics. This is only part of the equation. Green marketing incorporates
a broad range of activities, including product modification, changes to the
production process, packaging changes, as well as modifying advertising.
Here are some of the things you can do to incorporate the green movement into
your marketing efforts:
* When manufacturing your products - consider using recycled materials for
packaging and incorporating organic fibers or other materials. Once you have
changed the way you manufacture, then make sure to make people aware that your
product packaging or materials are made using natural materials that do not harm
the environment.
* When renovating or building new - consider choosing alternative,
environmentally sound building materials and using more insulation to minimize
energy use. Make people aware that you're a company who practices socially
responsibility.
* Designate a place to recycle for both your internal and external employees as
Staples does. They promote recycling programs at its stores for printer
cartridges and consumer electronics.
* Identify local and global causes where your company and employees can get
involved and make a difference in the environment. o Consider the efforts of
Clif Bar Co., which was aware of scientific predictions of global warming and
how it would diminish the snowpack by up to 70 percent in western U.S. coastal
mountains over the next 50 years. Last winter, it launched a campaign to help
ski resorts, skiers and snowboarders combat global warming. Research dictate
consumers care about the environment. Even in the Midwest, consumers feel the
same-eight-four percent of general consumer population indicate they care about
protecting the environment, according to the Ohio Health and Wellness Research
Report(c), a research report by The Marketing Insider found in its August 2005
survey of 1,100 consumers in Ohio. They want to know that companies care as well
and the only way they can know is if you tell your story.About the Author

aware of the fact that burning candles can shape mood, you'll love reading what
we have to say here. And, if you are already aware of the most common first two
dimensions - get ready for a surprise because there's a new candle on the market
that ads a third and important mood enhancer. Perhaps the first dimension that
people are aware of when they choose a candle to burn is the color of the
candle. Even an unlit candle can add or detract from mood with its color. For
that perfect soft romantic mood stick with simple and elegant. Try the colors of
silver, gold, red, pink, and/or white. Want to jazz up your evening, choose
bright colors reds, yellows, and purples will help you do this. Cool colors like
blues and greens can be perfect on a hot summer evening. Place a floating blue
candle in a bowl of round ice and watch the response you get. Once a candle is
lit scent is the second dimension that most of us are aware of when burning a
candle. For a casual dinner party look for candles that smell like food! Go for
apple pie, pumpkin, cherries, cinnamon, and strawberries. These scents are fun
and keeps people's mouths watering. For a romantic evening, fragrances should be
clean and simple such as roses, vanilla, and other non-heavy scents. To soothe
the soul after a long day consider chamomile, vanilla, or blueberry they are all
wonderful placed along the edge of the bath during a hot soak. Most people, even
if they have never given concentrated effort to mood setting with candles are at
least aware that colors and scents are two important dimension of candle
burning. Now think of a third dimension of candle burning to add ambiance, what
else could there possibly be? What about sound, yep you hear that right sound.
Until recently, this wasn't much of an issue unless you wanted one of those
hokey singing plastic candles, there was nothing on the market worth
considering. Recently though, the Old Virginia Candle Company has brought the
sound of a crackling fire to a line of candles called WoodWick Candles adding a
third dimension to the ambiance of candle burning. These delightful candles have
an organic wood wick. Contained in shapely jars with rich aromas in both vibrant
and soothing colors these candles offer three full dimensions to mood setting.

[] Aquarium Decorations----Creating Homes For Fishes

has posted a new item, 'Aquarium Decorations----Creating Homes For Fishes'

Aquarium Decorations----Creating Homes For FishesSubmitted By: Tomy
Williams

Aquarium decorations are not only beautiful to look at they also have an
important purpose. They provide fishes with homes---- hiding places and natural
borders resembling their natural habitat. There are many different types of
decorations, for instance Cave dwelling fishes love aquarium decorations that
structure like caves, holes and crevices. Whereas Fishes that live in dense
vegetation prefer plants and other types of tiny hiding places. Decorations are
crucial for a happy and healthy aquarium they also keep fishes from getting
bored.
Tanks: There are many variants of tanks big, small, quadrilateral or polygonal.
The size of an aquarium should be according to the size and the number of fishs
you plan to keep. Also tanks come in a variety of tinted glasses.
Plants: They are the the most beautiful, inexpensive source of decoration for
your aquariums. Fishes love the aquatic plants as they are part of their natural
habitats. They come in all varieties, costing anywhere from a few bucks to
hundreds. Plants are very useful as well; they bind carbon dioxide and oxygenate
the water. They also use organic waste products as nutrition and remove
potentially harmful compounds from the water. Plants can also be used to keep a
check on the water quality of an aquarium; the plant will start dieing before
the fish if the water suddenly becomes toxic.
Wood, Rock and Coral: An aquarium can be like a miniature true habitat for the
fishes with these decorations. Drift wood and mangroves can create a beautiful
effect in the aquarium, plus some fishes particularly thrive on Drift wood. But
be careful as Drift wood might lower pH levels and the hardness of the water. So
it is best used in aquariums with soft slightly acid water. Stones and rocks
make excellent decorations. But again caution is needed; you should never use
rocks that affect your water?s pH levels or stones that might contain toxins.
There are also fake rocks that resemble real rocks, but these are pretty
expensive. Rocks can be used to create caves which many fishes are passionate
about. Coral are a beautiful addition to marine aquariums; in fact they may
prove necessary for a healthy marine habitat. But can be dangerous to fresh
water aquarium and should not be used as they be harmful.
Gravel or sand: Both are great both come in a variety of color. Gravel comes in
white, brown and black, or blue, red, green, yellow the whole rainbow spectrum.
Sand again also has a plethora of colors white, black, blue, yellow, red, green.
Both of these can be layered in multiple colors.
Glass marbles, Ceramics, Plastic: Ok all are unnatural materials and might look
slightly tacky, but fishes don?t give a fig for this, they enjoy them
enormously. Glass marbles though are not a good bottom substrate out of a
biologically as flora does not thrive on them, can add beautiful colors to the
aquarium. It?s best to use them sparingly or add another more functional
substrate below. Ceramics are excellent aquarium decorations. All sizes and
shapes can be used as long as they do not have sharp edges. However ceramics
tend to grow algae that might be hard to. Plastic they are cheap, colorful and
yes tacky, but can be found in a variety of fun shapes. Treasure chests, skulls,
divers, pirates, plants and ships you name it and stores have them.
It is imperative that you only use aquarium decorations that are safe to use in
aquariums. If you have salt water aquariums they should be saltwater-safe also.
If you don?t take this precaution your fish will die due to the organisms and
toxins released by the decorations
Decorations have both practical and aesthetical use if done tastefully and
carefully you can create a miniature aquatic ecosystem that both you and your
fish can enjoy.

- Diamonds have gone through the fire and the pressure. Diamonds
have no choice they can only get stronger and stronger now! Do you have what it
takes to be a Diamond? The same stuff that coal and
your pencil lead is made of (carbon) is the same stuff diamonds are made of, the
atoms are just arranged in a way that make the bonds very strong in diamonds as
compared to coal. Diamonds come from the same place as coal. But their
formulation is just different. A Lot of Fortitude to Make Diamond The bonds are
formed when carbon is at very high temperatures and under very high pressures.
Natural diamonds are made deep down in the earth, about 180km below the surface,
where high temperatures and pressures exist naturally. Under the earths crust is
the mantel, which is made up of molten rock, metals and other materials. The
temperature is very high at this depth - between 1100oC and 1400oC. The high
pressures are produced by the weight of 180 km of rocks pressing down on it.
Besides carbon, there are very small amounts of other substances, such as
nitrogen and sulfur that can become trapped in the crystal when it is formed in
the mantel. These impurities can give color to the diamond. One of the rarest is
Pink Diamonds. The engagement ring that Ben Afleck gave to Jennifer Lopez is a
pink diamond, making the ring worth $3 million dollars. As with the precious
stone (Diamond) it takes time, temperature and a lot of pressure to form a
person into a Diamond. And how rare indeed is a Pink Diamond! Those people who
would be Diamond?s are the ones that hang in there through the touch times. They
don?t know the word Quit or Never! How would you like to be worth $3 million
dollars? Ever heard the phase just an ?old lump of coal?? Read On! Where does
the carbon come from to make Diamonds? Most diamonds are made of carbon that was
in the mantle since the earth was formed, but some are made of carbon from the
bodies and shells of microorganisms like algae in ancient oceans. This organic
carbon was buried in rocks that were dragged down into the mantle because of
plate tectonics and continental drift. All living things on earth are based on
carbon. If you or I were to somehow fall into an ocean trench at the edge of a
tectonic plate where rocks are being dragged underneath a continent, we might
reappear millions of years later as diamonds! Everyone that comes into this
business (Network Marketing) starts out the same. We are all just ?A lump of
Coal?. Some are transformed into a beautiful Diamond and even fewer become a
Pink Diamond! But the saddest thing to me is those who never transform because
they quit just short and they remain just an ?old lump of coal?. Where does the
person come from to make ?Diamond?? One person at a time till there is enough!
Allow yourself to be dragged underneath your continent! For anyone to succeed in
any business, I do not care what kind of business you are talking about; there
is a transformation that must take place. Everyone who has succeeded in business
has gone through a fire and been dragged under their continent. The Diamonds are
those people that have hung it in, never relenting, but pressing on through the
struggles and trials to get to the ?glory land?. Keep On Keeping On and You Will
Receive the Reward! Each and every person reading this right now has what it
takes to make it in their on home-based business. We all start out as just an
old lump of coal. But those that have the fortitude to learn and grow ? study
and apply ? read books and listen to tapes (motivational) have what it takes to
be independently wealthy and healthy. ?You Were Born With the Seeds of
Greatness? Zig Ziglar! Building your own business takes a lot of fortitude just
like the fortitude it takes to make Diamonds. Have you ever wondered why the top
positions in Network Marketing are called Diamonds? Could it have to do with the
fact that those people that make it to the top in Network Marketing have
developed much the same as this special rock called diamonds? You see it takes
a special person that is willing to make changes and go through a real
metamorphosis. All of us have developed habits over the years that keep us from
obtaining the kind of success that is needed to be our own boss and to work our
own home-based business. Just like that rock made into a Diamond we to must be
fortified! A friend of mine once said, ?We have to develop the hind of a
rhinoceros. ? We must learn to not allow anything or anyone to penetrate us.
Negative Garbage In ? Negative Garbage Out! Always remember that you may start
out as an ?old lump of coal? but you can eventually become a Diamond and quite
possibly you could be one of those rare Pink Diamonds! Work on yourself and make
the necessary changes in your life that you need to make because You my friend
have what it takes to work for yourself. It does not matter what anyone tells
you whether they be friend or employer. You Can Be Successful In Your Own
Home-Based Business ? Just Give Yourself Time To Develop (Fortification)!!

[] The Benefits of Antioxidents

has posted a new item, 'The Benefits of Antioxidents'

An antioxidant is a classification of organic substances, which includes
vitamins A, C and E, selenium, and carotenoids. Carotenoids give many fruits
and vegetables their color. Beta-carotene is one example of a carotenoid.
Antioxidants are also known to be effective in helping to prevent heart disease,
stroke and even cancer.Antioxidants work to deactivate free radicals, which roam
the human body in the form of un-oxidized oxygen molecules or O2. Free radicals
are the natural by-product of the processes happening within and among the
various cells in the body. Environmental factors such as, tobacco smoke and
radiation, also create free radicals. If free radicals are left to oxidize on
their own, they can create carcinogens. The process can damage cell walls, cell
structures and genetic material within the cells themselves. Damage to cells
causes scar tissue and then the scar tissue either becomes benign or malignant
(cancerous).Antioxidants deactivate free radicals before they get a chance to
oxidize and do harm to the body. Despite numerous studies, it is still unknown
as to which groups of people, if any, benefit from taking antioxidant
supplements. However, it is becoming widely known that antioxidants are crucial
in cancer and heart disease prevention.Studies have also shown that smokers with
diets high in carotenoids have a lower rate of lung cancer than those with a
lower intake however, some smokers with a high beta-carotene diet, have higher
death rates. Vitamin C has been found to prevent the formation of the
cancer-causing substances, N-compounds (Nitrates and Nitrites) found in
preserved meats and in some drinking water. The elderly, especially those with
a reduced food intake, frequent aspirin users, heavy drinkers, and people with
impaired immune systems could benefit from taking antioxidant supplements daily.
In terms of heart disease and stroke, it is possible that higher levels of
antioxidants slow or prevent the oxidation of cholesterol, which leads to the
development of arterial blockages. For more information on cancer, heart disease,
and antioxidants, you can call the National Cancer Institute at 1-800-4-CANCER.
Or the National Institute of Health at (301) 251-1222. Or talk to your doctor
about creating an antioxidant rich diet and or antioxidant supplements.Chris
Curley lives in indianapolis, Indiana with his dogs Puranah and Princess and
with his cat Sylvester. - In an age of burgeoning childhood cancers and
leukaemia it seems only common sense (if not a moral imperative) for parents to
reduce the toxic burden their kids are exposed to. Many people are not aware
that the vast majority of products we happily use every day in the bathroom -
such as shower and bath soaps (especially liquid ones), shampoos, conditioners,
toothpaste, etc., etc., (and the other 'grown up' stuff such as aftershave and
cosmetics) contain a cocktail of synthetic chemicals many of which are known to
cause a variety of health problems - or pose potentially serious health risks.
How can this be? Well the laws relating to personal care products and cosmetics
have never required rigorous testing of the long-term effects of their
ingredients. Back when the 'rules' were laid down - the powers-that-be still
laboured under the impression that 'you rub something on your skin - you wash it
off'...therefore there was no real problem. They did not consider that laws were
necessary to regulate these products like they did for foods and medicines.
Whilst the things you eat, or 'medicate yourselves with' obviously 'gets inside'
you - it was not apparent that cosmetics, body, hair and skin care could be a
problem because they are 'on the outside'! Now, though, it is widely
acknowledged that your skin is absorbs up to 60% of the 'stuff' you put on it.
The skin is, after all, a living breathing membrane, described by some as the
'largest organ' of your body. It is also known that many of literally thousands
of chemicals that have been passed as 'safe' to use in personal care products
can, in fact, cause problems ranging from simple irritations, to triggering
allergies, causing or exacerbating sensitivities and either directly, or
indirectly (due to contamination) playing a causative role in the onset of
cancers. Children's delicate young skin may be especially vulnerable to these
toxic, synthetic (non-natural) chemicals that are very widely used in today's
body care products. Whilst there may not yet be enough rigorous scientific
evidence to be able to state categorically that exposure to toxic chemicals in
skin care products may play a causative role - it is a sad fact that rates of
cancer and leukaemia in children are at an all time high. It seems only common
sense therefore that parents should look out for and adopt safer alternative
products for their family's general use. As adults we may be lucky enough to
have 'toughened up' over the last few decades and we may not as yet have
registered any detrimental effect from years of using certain products
(cosmetics and body care attract long-term loyalty from many users). But it is
now known that chemicals used in everyday off-the-shelf products - may even act
as 'mutagens' - actually causing 'genetic damage and mutation'. So whilst we may
never suffer the results of this damage ourselves, it may yet emerge as health
problems to be encountered by future generations of our family. Beyond the
threat of health problems engendered by toxic synthetic chemicals in skin care
products there is also another major issue to consider. Millions of people every
day wash off the remainder of their soaps and cosmetics down the drain when they
bathe. Literally tons of harmful toxins are already flooding an over-burdened
eco-system, which is already leading to a profound negative impact on our
environment. Next time you are out shopping for 'organic food' in an effort to
reduce your family's exposure to chemical pesticides, herbicides, insecticides
and fertilizers, please give some thought to the following. Whilst ever you
continue to use 'typical' body care products, including many types of
toothpaste, shampoos and cosmetics your skin could be 'eating' a wide range of
potentially toxic synthetic chemicals, unless you also decide to choose genuine
organic skin care product. But, to be sure the products you choose are TRULY
organic, and you are not just being taken-in by some 'marketing hype' - be sure
to look for an independent, third party certification on the product bottles or
packaging - AND also check the label for 'suspicious' ingredients. Only then can
you be sure that you are reducing your own, and your children's exposure to
substances that could threaten their long-term health and well-being.(For

[] The Biggest Nutrition Secret

has posted a new item, 'The Biggest Nutrition Secret'

Of the following diets, which one would you say is the healthiest?a. An
all-organic, low-fat, vegetarian dietb. A high-protein, low-fat diet that
includes chicken and seafood.c. A high-carb diet with pasta and grains.d. A
high-fat, high-protein diet that includes red meat and vegetables.f. A diet that
mixes carbohydrates, fat, and proteins in equal amounts.** How a Low-Fat,
Vegetarian Diet Almost Killed Me!For almost two decades, I ate a low-fat diet
with lots of organic fruits and vegetables. And what did I have to show for it?
Serious health problems!I had frequent stomach aches and digestion problems.
Blood tests showed that I was not digesting my food properly, and a nutritionist
put me on digestion supplements. Further tests showed that I was having liver
problems and imbalances in some of my other internal organs.Once I switched to a
high-fat, high-protein diet, my problems disappeared - almost overnight. So you
probably think I'm about to say "E" from the above list is the healthiest diet.
Guess again! One of my nutritional clients was eating diet ?E? but was constantly
sick. He switched to the more vegetable-based diet ?A? above, and he began
losing weight, feeling great, having more energy, and really enjoys eating now
more than ever!** The Biggest Secret Many Diet Experts Won?t Tell You!So now we
have two people who tried the same diets and had the opposite experience So how
do we know which diet above is the healthiest? Here is the answer - one of the
biggest diet secrets they don?t tell you:Each person has a unique metabolism,
based on their genetic make-up. And our individual metabolisms make the same
diet healthy for one person, but damaging to another.** That's Why "Diet
Experts" Keep Changing Their Minds! So that's why there is so little agreement
among so-called "health experts". There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to
diet! For example, high-protein diets are the rage. While some thrive on this
type of diet, obesity continues to rise. Why? Because only a certain percentage
of people are genetically "right" for a high-protein diet. For the rest of us, a
high-protein diet will cause all sorts of health problems. And that's true of any
diet. A low-fat diet will improve the health of some people. For others though,
a low-fat diet may actually cause weight gain. Yes, low-fat diets can cause you
to gain weight if you aren't genetically "right" for it! Even worse, these
low-fat diets might even cause sickness and serious internal organ problems for
some people - just like it did me!So it?s important to know your ?food
processing? genetics. Nutritional experts have identified 24 types in all. How
do you know which type you are? An online questionnaire, available only from
certified advisors, can spot the genetic characteristics that identify your
correct internal ?nutrition profile?.With your nutrition profile, you can begin
to eat *with* your genetic type, not against it. And you may find that eating
with your type can help you lose weight and feel great, without feeling as if
you are depriving yourself.About the AuthorCarole Taylor is a living example of

http://www.YoungAfter50.com - Copyright 2006 Ted Crawford Vitamins are
different from the macro-molecular nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats)
that we take in from our diets on a daily basis. Vitamin molecules are much
smaller in size and are required by our bodies in very small amounts. We obtain
most of our required levels of vitamins from a well balanced diet and
significant diseases related to true vitamin deficiencies are rare in our
society. Vitamins are the essential organic nutrients required by the body and
catalyze energy-yielding reactions but do not yield energy themselves. There
are 13 different vitamins separated into two groups: fat soluble (Vitamins A,D,
E, and K), and water soluble (the B vitamins and Vitamin C). The fat soluble
vitamins can be stored in fat in our bodies and thus can build up to toxic
levels if we take too much of them. Water soluble vitamins, on the other hand,
are flushed from or bodies rather quickly, so are much less of a problem with
regards to possible toxicity. Vitamins are destructible and can be altered by
such things such as cooking and food handling. Minerals are small inorganic
atoms or molecules and only some are essential nutrients and required in small
amounts. Like vitamins, they do not yield energy although some may be essential
for energy production. Unlike vitamins, minerals are indestructible because of
their elemental nature. Cooking, processing, and food handling cannot change
the mineral content of food. A nutrient requirement is the amount of nutrient
used or required by the body to maintain growth and health and prevent signs or
symptoms of deficiency disease. A nutrient recommendation is an estimation of
the amount of a nutrient that should be present in the diet. The Recommended
Daily Allowances (RDAs) were created and published in the United States in 1943
by the National Research Council during World War II. They were initially
devised to serve as a guide for advising the military on nutritional problems
related to national defense. Since then, the RDAs have served as a guide for
planning and evaluating food programs, menus, and nutrition standards for food
assistance programs. The RDAs have been revised many times and are a scientific
consensus of recommended levels of essential nutrients needed by the majority of
healthy Americans. The RDAs also set ranges of ?Estimated Safe and Adequate
Daily Dietary Intakes? for vitamins and minerals. Therefore the committee has
provided us with a level of the recommended intake of all the vitamins and
minerals to follow. You should ensure that you are getting all of the vitamins
and minerals you need from one formulation instead of taking several different
pills. Vitamin formulations may vary signficantly with regard to their
absorption rates and that is the most important factor in selecting one to take
on a daily basis. Did you know that the absorption rate can be as little as
5-10% in some of the hard, compressed ?horse pill? vitamins? Do your homework
before purchasing a vitamin supplement. Make sure that you are purchasing a
formulation that is going to be well absorbed and do you some good. Dr. Ted
Crawford is a family physician who writes health related articles and has a Web
site devoted to health and other vital issues particularly important to baby
boomers. "Get All of the Vitamins and Minerals You
Need!"==>http://www.babyboomersdoc.com

The Chinese tea history of Pu-erh tea is fascinating. Pu-erh tea is one of
the oldest type of tea in China with a rich history of over 1700 years that
can be traced back to the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 AD). During it's height
of popularity Pu-erh tea was freely traded and even used as money for the
bartering of goods. Premium Pu-erh tea was offered as a tribute tea to the
Emperor of China and to this day Pu-erh tea remains a highly valuable
commodity. Pu-erh tea is revered in China as a traditional medicinal tea with
many health benefits. It is regarded by tea connoisseurs as the King of Tea
for it's unique flavor and aroma. Pu-erh tea also known as "puer" or "po lei"
in Cantonese gets it's name from the city Pu-erh in south western China, where
the trade for Pu-erh tea was conducted. Not far from Pu-erh city in the areas
of Xishuangbanna and Simao, south of Yunnan Province the cultivation and
processing of Pu-erh tea was carried out to this day. With elevations of up to
2000 metres, it is high up in these mountains where the air is cool and crisp,
amidst scenes of unspoiled beauty and fertile lands that the tea plantations
for this unique tea can be found. The secrets for processing Pu-erh tea are
carefully guarded and in the past trespassers mistaken as spys have been known
to be killed on private tea plantations. To this day the tea secrets for
Pu-erh production remains ruthlessly guarded and it is only in China where
genuine Pu-erh tea can be produced. Throughout chinese tea history Pu-erh tea is
well known for it's unique ability to undergo a post fermentation process
designed for further aging. Like classic wines this aging process allows these
fine teas to develop added complexity to its character while shedding it's
harsh youthful elements. The active microbes living within the tea has lead
Pu-erh tea to be known as the "Living Tea". This continuous evolution is very
exciting for collectors of Pu-erh tea who likes to follow closely the
transformation of their fine teas after each passing year. Many believe that
it is from these active microbes that Pu-erh tea gets it's many health
benefits and reknown as a traditional medicinal tea with restorative powers. A
popular and insightful story about Pu-erh tea tells of a grandfather who makes
fine teas for his grandson to enjoy. Pu-erh teas are stored and left to mature
for decades like classic wines. These premium teas can fetch astronomical
prices at auctions and are worth their weight in gold, often times more. Pu-erh
tea has a wide spectrum of taste and aroma that is very compelling and at
times uncompromising. Ranging from lightly floral, honey, heather and fruits
to harsh peat, leather, organics, grass, tobacco, wood and deep earth the taste
and aromas of these fine teas are exceptionally varied. The color of young
Pu-erh tea can start from a golden yellow of summer hay before developing to a
deep reddish brown reminiscent of the sunset after 30 years of aging. Black
Pu-erh has an imposing aroma of heavy earth that is comparable to the sweet
fragrance of mineral deposits emerging from deep within the forest floor after
a heavy downpour. Good Pu-erh tea has excellent clarity and clean flavors that
is warming to both the body and soul. *For full illustrations accompanying

[] Prefabricated Homes Primer

has posted a new item, 'Prefabricated Homes Primer'

This is by no means an exhaustive list of what's available in the area of
prefabricated homes and buildings. This article is to introduce you to the world
prefab. If you're in the industry, you'll probably be cringing about now at the
word "prefab". But, the word is one that has become synonymous with homes and
buildings that have been partially or fully assembled in a factory setting.I for
one am excited to see the latest versions of modern prefabs emerging globally.
They're well thought out, beautiful, and energy-efficient.And to anyone who has
any doubts about the quality of today's prefab homes, I'd ask, would you rather
buy a house whose parts have all been crafted outdoors exposed to the elements
-- by hand. Or, would you rather buy a house built in a factory setting to tight
specs exceeding that of site-built homes. I say exceeding, because a normal
site-built home doesn't have to endure the rigors of transportation. For your
review, here are quick descriptions of 10 of the many categories of prefab homes
available for exploring at http://PrefabExpo.com - in no particular order:1.
ManufacturedSingle-family residential dwellings consisting of one, two or more
sectional units and constructed to Federal HUD code. Zoning regulations and
ordinances of the local Municipality or County might not permit use of mobile
and manufactured homes in all areas of their jurisdiction.2. ModularModular
refers to a method of building a home, rather than a type of home. A modular
home can be built in a factory from a stock modular home plan or from a
customized plan, to the state, local or regional codes of where the home will be
set up. Modular homes have not typically experienced the zoning restrictions and
discriminative ordinances applicable to manufactured and mobile homes.3.
PanelizedPanelized homes are factory-built homes in which panels whole walls
with windows, doors, wiring, and outside siding are transported to the site and
assembled. Panels are made from insulating foam sandwiched between two layers of
structural material. The panels are lightweight and might already be filled with
insulation when they arrive on the site. The homes must meet the state or local
building codes of where they are sited.4. Steel-frameSteel framing is an
equivalent to conventional stick frame or post & beam home design where the
structural lumber is replaced by steel studs and trusses or steel posts and
beams. Light-Gauge Framing System features screw-together, galvanized
stud-and-truss, grid-type construction system built on 4-foot center.Red-Iron
Metal Post & Beam Systems features bolt-together, pre-engineered
post-and-beam-type framing system that uses the red-iron steel "C" beams on
8-foot center. The prefabricated home built with this method can be
single-story, two-story, and even tri-level home.Unlike conventional wood framed
home that requires interior walls to support the roof, the higher
strength-to-weight ratio of steel house allows to span greater distances with
less material and fewer supports. The result is higher floor layout and interior
design flexibility.Unlike wood, steel won't shrink, rot, warp, buckle, split, or
be attacked by insects. This results in greater durability, lower long-term
maintenance, higher energy efficiency and overall greater quality of this
prefabricated home.5. PrecutThis category includes wood-framed factory-built
houses or cabins where building materials are factory-cut to design
specifications and transported to the site to be assembled. PrefabExpo.com
presents prefab building kits designed as wood-framed (also known as
balloon-frame, 2 x 4, 2 x 6 or stick-built construction) as well as
prefabricated home kit/cabin kit using post-frame method. The homes or cabins
must meet local or state building codes of the area where they will be sited.6.
CedarAccording to Katahdin Cedar Log Homes, Cedar is aromatic to people, and
problematic to insects: The heartwood of northern white cedar produces organic
compounds called thujaplicins which create that fresh, pleasant cedar aroma.
But to insect pests, such as moths and termites, cedar just plain stinks. Theyll
avoid cedar homes and instead search out inviting, tasty pine structures.Cedar
home kits include everything you need to build the home, itself. That is to say,
the walls, the floor, the ceiling, the windows and doors. But your foundation,
plumbing and electrical system are not usually included in a kit.7.
TimberframeTimber framing is a specific type of post and beam construction in
which a frame is created from solid wood timbers that are then connected by any
one of the following wooden joints: mortise and tenon, dovetails, or scarfs
secured with hardwood pegs. The frame is covered with any one of a number of
enclosure systems. Normally the timbers remain exposed to the interior of the
building.Timber frame structures exhibit a strength and aesthetic quality not
found in conventionally framed houses. The timbers are pre-cut, shaped, and
finished at the factory, then sent to the construction site, where they can be
quickly assembled by a crew, using cranes to lift the bents and beams into
place. Joinery is the heart of the entire structure.8. LogLog homes provide
their owners with a comforting and relaxing sense of informality and simplicity.
The mass of logs produces heating and cooling benefits, and reduces noise
transmission into and throughout the home. These are very attractive
characteristics, but there are also challenges in construction and limitations
in decorating. These aspects require special design considerations and have
unusual maintenance requirements.Basic Kits Are... WALLS ONLY: The walls-only
log home package includes all the logs for the outside walls, including
fasteners. Roof beams and staircases may be added. STRUCTURAL SHELL: Shell This
package includes everything that's in the walls-only package, plus all
components necessary to keep the weather out, such as exterior doors, windows,
and the roofing system. THE COMPLETE PACKAGE: Complete packages also includes
interior components required to finish log homes. Such items include interior
walls, stairs, closets, interior doors and trim.9. CircularThe circle is the
strongest geometrical shape we recognize, and this factor likely influenced
builders of circular homes for thousands of years. Prefabricated circular
buildings have been built as cabins, studios, homes, offices or community halls
and convention centers. Most of today's prefabricated circular homes and cabins
offered across the country use conventional wood-frame or post & beam
construction method. These homes and cabins are ideally suited to take the full
advantage of locations offering exciting panoramic views, and to incorporate
factor of the surroundings into the home design.10. DomeGeodesic Dome is using
triangular networks forming hexagons and pentagons and creating a free-span,
spacious environment of spherically shaped structure requiring no internal
supports. This results in large flexibility for utilizing interior space to
implement floor designs not limited by structural restrictions. Because of the
structural strength of the shape, the domes have a far better record of
withstanding tornados, hurricanes and earthquakes than cube-shaped structures of
conventional homes.Advantages...MATERIAL COSTS: Geodesic domes provide the
greatest amount of floor area with the least amount of surface area, reducing
the quantity of needed building material by as much as 30-50%. ENERGY
EFFICIENCY: As a result of the shape, the dome has approximately 30-50% less
roof and wall area than cube-shaped home of equal floor space. This results in
lesser area being exposed to the elements, resulting in reduction in heating and
cooling costs of dome shaped structures. Also, the spherical shape of the dome
facilitates natural air flow yielding more even temperatures maximizing overall
interior temperature comfort. Disadvantages... As a result of complicated
angles, the interior and exterior finishing of the dome (after speedy assembly
of the prefabricated shell) is significantly more labor intensive than finishing
the conventional house. Also, the finishing work requires highly skilled or
specialized tradesmen which might not be available at every location. These
factors might present welcoming challenge for the skilled handyman/homebuilder,
but would create substantial cost outlay if hired labor is considered.I for one
am excited to see the latest versions of modern prefabs emerging globally.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Diane is co-creator of the Prefabricated Homes and Buildings
website, PrefabExpo, located on the Internet at http://PrefabExpo.com and enjoys
showing buyers everything that's available to them in the way of Prefabricated
homes, cabins and buildings. - Many people nowadays are turning to
"organics" and "naturals" otherwise known as herbals. The rising popularity of
herbal supplements has created a new fad if not a new health lifestyle. But
before you join the bandwagon, here are some things you need to know about this
mean, "green" dietary supplementing machine. What is the difference between a
drug and a dietary supplement? According to the definition set by food and drug
administrations in different countries, drugs are chemicals that can prevent,
prolong the life, treat other effects of a health condition, improve the quality
of life, and/or cure ailments and diseases, or alter the function of any part or
chemicals inside the body. These drugs have approved therapeutic claims. For
example, paracetamol is a drug given to bring down the body temperature in
fever. Ascorbic acid is indicated for the treatment of scurvy. Iron supplements
are given to treat mild cases of anemia. Herbal supplements are not classified
as drugs but as dietary supplements. The main difference is that they do not
have approved therapeutic claims unlike in the case of drugs. Moreover, dietary
supplements could either contain vitamins, minerals, herbals, or amino acids,
all aimed to add to or supplement the diet of an individual. They are not
intended to be taken alone as a substitute to any food or medicine. Most of the
manufactured medicines we now have once came from animals and plants. Through
the years, chemists isolated the life-saving or life-curing components and
separated them from the harmful ones. This lead to the further drug research and
drug development that lead to the production of a different variety of drugs for
many ailments and conditions from synthetic sources. But still we have
semi-synthetic drugs, as well as drug that more or less approximate more natural
composition. Since herbal supplements are made from a mixture of crude herbs
reduced into powder or gel form, and later on packaged as tablets and capsules,
there is a possibility that life-threatening or at least body chemistry-altering
components are still present, thus the expression of concern from the medical
community. Is there a growing concern with the use of herbal supplements? Yes.
With the rising popularity of using and consuming anything herbal or organic is
the proliferation of fake herbal supplements that threaten to endanger lives. If
that's the case, then why are herbal supplements given drug administration
approvals? One way of ensuring the safety of the people is to have all candidate
drugs, food, drinks, and dietary supplements registered with the proper
authority. Otherwise, they would pose more risk with these things being sold in
the black market for a hefty sum. We could ensure the quality and safety of
herbal supplements if they get proper classification with the food and drug
administration. Moreover, people may be able to file the proper complaints in
the event a worsening of health condition is proven to be linked to the use of a
particular herbal supplement. Is using herbal supplements worth the risk? Yes.
It cannot be discounted that many who have tried herbal supplements experienced
an improvement in their health--whether this is due to the herbals themselves or
due to a placebo effect, as long as they do not worsen the condition of an
individual, then using them is worth the risk. But of course, certain things
must be considered before taking those herbal supplements: Your doctor knows
best. First of all, clear your condition with your doctor. Ask him/her if
taking a particular herbal supplement is safe given your health condition.
People with heart, liver, or kidney trouble or malfunction, are usually not
advised to take these, or at the minimum is to take these herbals in minimum
amounts. All substances pass through the liver and kidney to be processed and
filtered respectively. Kava, which is used to relieve people from stress, has
been pulled out from the Canadian, Singaporean, and German markets because it
contains substances that cause liver damage. Certain herbals such as Ephedra
used for losing weight, contains chemicals with heart-inducing effects that can
increase heart rate, which in turn can exhaust the heart and cause heart attacks
in several documented cases by the American Medical Association. Follow the
directions for use. Never take more herbal supplements than what is directed by
the doctor or as instructed on the bottle. Each individual reacts differently to
the components of herbal supplements. While it is perfectly safe for one
individual to take in a supplement of primrose oil capsules, another person may
be allergic to it. So, do not even think about downing one bottle of It has no
approved curative effect. No matter how the product pamphlet or the label of the
bottle sounds about how it has been found to be helpful in certain health
conditions, these herbal supplements are not therapeutic. So do not substitute
these for the medications prescribed by your doctor for the treatment of certain
diseases, or for the maintenance of blood pressure, lowering of blood sugar and
cholesterol, and fight off infections.

has posted a new item, 'The Essential Eating'

Chris, WebAdmin. When chefs from your favourite cooking magazine get together to
create a cookbook, you know it will be good. When they call it Essential, you
know that this is truly one for the shelf next to the stove (for really easy
access). This one is a keeper folks even if you aren't on a low carb or low fat
diet. For most of us, a low carb or low fat diet is a fact of life but so
depressing sometimes. The level of bland which is usually associated with a diet
recipe can reach some pretty staggering heights. Never fear, the EatingWell team
is to the rescue. Chock full of recipes (more than 350) this cookbook contains
many which are easily identified for your dietary needs. Look for stars
highlighting recipes for:"Healthy Weight"(recipe has reduced calories,
carbohydrates, fats, saturated fats),"Lower Carbs"(recipe has 22 grams or less
of carbohydrates per serving)"High Fiber"(recipe provides 5 grams or more of

http://www.1001Recipes2Send.com/Free - What is exactly concrete repair?
Concrete is such a versatile substance. It can be used for driveways, patios,
porches, garages, flooring and walls. But it does tend to be susceptible to
damage over the years. There are many different types of concrete repair that
can be performed to help prolong the life of the concrete or give it a
much-needed face-lift. A fairly competent DIY enthusiast may perform some of the
smaller concrete repairs. However, a professional should do more major or large
scale types of concrete repair. Just as the uses for concrete vary greatly, so
do the types of concrete repairs that can be performed. The complexity of the
work and the amount of labor required also affect the cost of the concrete
repairs. There are also different grades of concrete that can be used and types
of resin or setting agent. If you want the best concrete repairs, you are going
to have to research exactly what is involved. The mix of the concrete used for
any repair varies according to the temperature and climatic conditions,
especially if the work is being performed outside. A stronger mix is used in
colder weather. A completely new concrete driveway can cost approximately $40
per square meter. However, if this is being performed as a last resort for a
concrete repair to a driveway that has become unusable, then the preparation
work needs to be taken into account. The existing concrete will have to be
removed and leveled as part of this most major of concrete repairs. That will
increase the cost dramatically. Of course, replacing an entire driveway or
garage floor is the last resort. There are various types of concrete repairs
including restoration, reinforcement, finishing and maintenance. You also have
the option of adding fancy styles to your concrete but this does not really come
under the heading of a repair. Cleaning and preparing the area is part of most
concrete repairs. This can be performed with a variety of chemicals or organic
compounds. It is important to check with the contractor if you have particular
concerns about what is used during the concrete repair process. The length of
time that concrete repairs take will obviously vary according to the complexity
of the job. However, there are a few basic guideline time frames that you need
to be aware of before you book your major concrete repairs. Even with some of
the fastest drying concrete mixes, it can be a while before your concrete repair
has set properly. Do not expect to be able to drive on your newly refurbished
driveway immediately. It can take 24-48 hours before you can walk on the area
that has had the concrete repairs and a lengthy 6 days before your car can be
driven onto it. Ensure that you have made alternative arrangements to park your
truck as it could be up to 48 days after the concrete repairs were finished
before you can bring your big rig onto it.About the Author Daniel Roshard is an

landscaping issues. You can read his latest work on Concrete Repair here.

[] How to Overachieve Your Way to Super Affiliate Stardom

has posted a new item, 'How to Overachieve Your Way to Super Affiliate Stardom'

Internet business is a bit confusing especially if you are not really
knowledgeable at it. You will also be left completely blank, asking yourself as
to what type of online business is best for you. Why don't you try affiliate
marketing business?
Affiliate marketing is defined as a revenue sharing relationship between
advertisers or merchants and online publishers or affiliates. It is a low cost
way for merchants to sell their products and services.
In this type of online business, you never have to take any risk because you
only have to pay the affiliate once the result is achieved. Once a customer is
gained, a portion of the profit from that customer will be given to the
affiliate as commission. Usually, an affiliate gets a commission for referring
clicks, leads or sales to the merchant's website. The said affiliate income can
be a fixed dollar amount or a fixed percentage.
From this simple commission-based referral system, some affiliates become
experts on this field. In fact, some of them are gaining more than five figures
every month. However, among the thousands of marketers, only 1 to 5% of them
reached this level. And if you are among the lucky ones who achieve this
so-called elite level, you can now be aptly called a super affiliate.
This means you are capable of achieving noteworthy percentage of sales or
traffic on your merchant's website. Super affiliates are not only experts on
search engine optimization; they are also great in newsletter marketing, email
marketing, reciprocal linkages, keyword optimization, link exchanges,
advertising in forums and other methods to advertise and promote their products
and services.
But how does a person become a super affiliate? And how can they overachieve
their way to super affiliate stardom? Making your way to super affiliate stardom
is not that easy; and it surely will never happen overnight. Bear in mind that
you need to embrace some tactics, carry out effective online business strategies
and of course give hefty time commitment. You cannot be a super affiliate
without blood and sweat and without the following traits - patience, persistence
and thirst for knowledge. Matched with efficient strategy, these three traits
provide you the formula towards super affiliate stardom.
Affiliate marketing strategies are a bit difficult but they are achievable; you
just have to work hard on it. First, look for a unique and exceptional niche and
focus in it. The reason why most people in the affiliate marketing business
never turn out to be very successful is that they try to offer almost everything
under the sun instead of giving all their attention in a particular niche
market. If you want to become a super affiliate, try not to scatter all your
efforts; concentrate on your niche and make it grow by means of promoting,
advertising and selling it well.
The next step you must do after you have established your affiliate storehouse
is to promote it. Most affiliates resort to pay-per-click engines. But what is
more advisable is to discover how to accomplish organic search results or better
yet, hire a search engine marketing company. Through this, you can be saved from
losing all your profits on pay-per-click engines.
Then, familiarize yourself with your product and know your audience. Remember
that credibility builds trust. And you can only make information that puts up
your credibility if you know the products and services your site is offering. If
your target audience doesn't trust you, how could you expect them to purchase
from your affiliate storehouse? Moreover, if you take time to learn the products
and services you are recommending, it will be way too easy for you to establish
a website that converts well, which will enhance your affiliate income in
return.
Try to promote and resell products from different merchants. There is
absolutely nothing wrong with this strategy because it is just a way of
protecting your business and broadening your horizons to be sure that you never
experience the so-called famine effect.
Aside from that, promoting different merchants on the same site provides your
site visitors a handful of destinations to choose from. This strategy will also
make you aware on what your visitor want to see and it can also help you find
out how well various merchants perform against each other.
As mentioned earlier in this page, a super affiliate wannabe should have this
trait - thirst for knowledge. It is because this trait can help him or her stay
updated and remain on top of the trends. If you are knowledgeable in internet
marketing, then you know that what was adopted few months ago may not be
applicable at present. So it is important to seek knowledge and make sure that
you are updated on what's new about affiliate marketing daily. Keep in mind that
super affiliates take time to read, learn and embrace the changes in online
marketing business.
More importantly, never, ever give up. Being engaged in affiliate marketing
business is hard, tha is why you must be equipped with patience and persistence.
Check your statistics and find out the things that are working and those that
are not. Make changes as the situation calls for a need.
These are just few suggestions and ideas if you want to boost your affiliate
income. Let me reiterate, you have to be patience, persistence and
knowledgeable. Then, follow the above mentioned strategies and you will surely
find yourself on the road to super affiliate stardom.About the Author

Thousands of gift ideas - There are over 1000 species of mold that are common
in the United States, and most of them can have serious consequences for both
your house and your health. The United States Center for Disease Control says
that mold spores are a major irritant for children and adults with asthma ?
which is growing at an alarming rate around the country. In addition, since
mold?s job in nature is to break down organic compounds in the soil, it does the
same thing to the wood in your house ? breaks it down. And that?s not even
taking into account the ugly stains and musty, moldy odors that it leaves in
your house. There are ways to control mold growth around your home and keep the
harmful effects to a minimum. Here are some tips from professionals who deal
with mold and disinfectants every day. ? Moisture is a breeding ground for
mold. Stop moisture from entering your house by covering dirt floors in cellars
and crawlspaces, and use a dehumidifier in damp rooms. ? Vent your clothes
dryer and bathroom fans to the outside, not to the attic or between walls to
prevent moisture buildup that encourages the growth of mold. ? Scrub mold off
hard surfaces with detergent and water, then spray surfaces with a germicidal
spray to kill any lingering mold spores. The surfaces should stay wet with the
cleaner for at least two minutes, though some cleaners require longer. ?
Bathrooms are the biggest breeding grounds for mold and mildew. An exhaust fan
can cut down on the moisture in the air that encourages mold to grow. ? Tile
grout and shower door tracks are notorious for collecting mold. Spray them daily
with a foaming disinfectant cleaner (the foam will cling to walls instead of
sliding down the vertical surfaces) and wipe dry. ? Mold on porous surfaces is
another problem entirely. In most cases, there?s no help for it. If you find
mold on ceiling tiles, wallboards, plaster walls or carpets, you?ll need to
replace them. ? Just because you don?t see it, doesn?t mean it?s not there. If
there?s a musty, moldy smell but you find no evidence of mold, you may be
dealing with a hidden mold problem. Mold can grow on the back of wallpaper,
behind wallboards, under carpets and floorboards ? just about anywhere. The EPA
recommends that if you suspect a hidden mold problem, you hire a contractor that
knows how to deal with mold. Simply stripping off wallpaper that?s covered with
mold, for instance, can release millions of mold spores into the air, posing a
potential health problem. ? To prevent mold and make cleaning easier, spray the
shower fixtures, tub, walls, shower curtains and any other shower surfaces with
a preventative shower spray which will help keep mold off surfaces and keep your
bathroom smelling sweet and clean. Shower spray can also be used in other high
humidity areas with hard surfaces. Prevention is the best way to deal with mold
problems. For keeping your home and your body clean. Visit

[] Tips on Organic Food

has posted a new item, 'Tips on Organic Food'

In order to avoid eating genetically modified food, the best option you have is
starting to buy organic food. This type of food is the most healthy way of
living one can possibly have nowadays. Should you be eating dairy or meat
products, you must be aware of the fact that the dairy cows and farm animals are
fed a dangerous cocktail of anti-biotic stuff, growth promoting drugs,
anti-parasite drugs and many other medicines on a daily basis. This happens no
matter if they are ill or not. The worse part of all this is the fact that these
drugs are passed directly onto the consumers of their dairy produce or meat.
This is the main reason why many meat-related diseases like coronaries and high
blood pressure appear each and every single day.
On the other hand, the organic food does not contain all these poisonous
chemicals. The fresh organic food contains on average 50% more vitamins,
minerals, enzymes and other micro-nutrients than intensively farmed have. Are
these enough reasons fro you to go organic? If not, here are some more facts and
figures to help you decide faster!
First and foremost, the organic food simply tastes so much better. Fruit and
vegetables full of juice and flavor and there are so many different varieties to
try! There are about 100 different kinds of organic potatoes in production only
in the United Kingdom!
The intensive farming can seriously damage the health of many farm workers.
There are much higher occurrences of cancer, respiratory problems and other
major diseases in farm workers from non-organic farms. So, choosing organic food
can be a way of showing that you care about the health of other people!
Organic farms can also support wildlife. In the last few years, the practice of
intensive farming in the United Kingdom has been the cause to the dramatic
erosion of the soil, the destruction of ancient hedgerows, a fall of up to 70%
of wild birds in some areas and the near extinction of some of the most
beautiful species of wild mammals, grass-snakes and even butterflies.
Last but not least, let us speak about the extra costs of eating organic food.
It is not more expensive than the intensively farmed foods, especially when
thinking about the damages that agro-chemicals make to our natural water supply.
Besides paying for these intensively farmed foods, we also have to pay for
cleaning the mess they leave behind. So, what is the best option for us? Organic
food, of course!About the Author
Looking for an Organic and Halal alternative? Top-notch, naturally reared and
Organic Halal Meat delivered to your door. Organic Halal Butcher . - Where ever
you look it seems that people are going green. They may try and drive using
electric cars, or use natural methods of fertilizer or compost. There are even
gardeners who use only organic products and tools in their garden. These organic
gardeners will need gardening supplies that are a little different from that of
your ordinary gardener. Basically they will need an organic gardening supply to
continue with their gardening efforts. As an organic gardener you will of course
need a shovel, a spade and a spading fork to dig the soil in your garden and
prepare it for planting. Then to take out the weeds and the rocks that are
littering your new bed you need a hoe, a scuffle hoe with its forward pointing
blade that you scuffle in front of you as you weed your garden, and cut the
weeds at the surface. A pry bar is very good item even for organic gardeners to
use in their organic gardening supply. With a pry bar you can dig up those rocks
and boulders that sometimes seem to litter the surface of your garden. Organic
mulches are very similar in effect to pine needles and leaves that fall to the
ground in forests. As organic mulches are of plant matter, they decompose over a
period of time. This decomposed mulch helps to keep the soil moist and the plant
roots cool, while keeping nutrients locked in. There is always some pruning to
be done in the garden. Rose bushes need to be cut back, especially if you want
lots of big, beautiful flowers. A pair of good quality gardening shears or even
a lopping shears can cut those large prickly rose stems cleanly without causing
any disease causing breaks. These however are the conventional gardening
supplies that any gardener can use. For an organic gardener there are a few
different items that need to be added to their organic gardening supply. Whereas
the normal gardener has the choice of using chemical enhanced fertilizers the
organic gardener can use bat guano or even worm castings. With these organic
fertilizers all that is needed is a couple of applications per month. Worm
castings are the tunnels that are created as worms move through the soil. This
movement not only breaks and loosens the soil, it also adds fertilizing
nutrients to the soil. Organic fertilizers like these help to increase the
growth and health of plants within your garden. Therefore they are an essential
organic gardening supply item. Gardening is said to be like painting. The
gardener's canvas is the ground and the paint brushes are the tools that
gardeners use. Whether you are a conventional gardener or an organic gardener
many of the tools that you will use are the same. However the organic gardener
has special items in their organic gardening supply. These items change the
looks, taste and smell of the plants that benefit from them. Organic gardening
is 100% all natural and great for the environment. Why don't you switch to
organic gardening and see the difference it makes to your life! About the Author
